Elements of Serenity Pre- Booking Charge and Cancellation Policy (Salon and Beauty Spa)
Your appointments are very important to the Elements of Serenity team members, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations and £10 Pre-Booking Fee to secure your booking. This fee will be deducted from the total of your balance at the end of your treatment.
- Failure to give us 48 hours prior to cancellations will result in losing your £10.00 FEE

£10.00 Fee for Pre-Booking ( Salon and Beauty Spa).
£50.00 Fee for Pre-Booking (Medical Services Botox/Fillers etc). Fee will only apply for treatment appointments not consultations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients that are on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Upon request we can send a notification 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you may have booked months ago.
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of £10.00 .
Treatments less than £10.00 will be charged with a full price standard fee.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our EOS team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. ELEMENTS OF SERENITY policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
